New Home Construction
A custom home is the longest relationship you'll have with a contractor. We take one from a cleared site through to the day you turn the key — structure, envelope, systems and finishes — built for the conditions this island actually has rather than the ones a mainland drawing assumes.

Renovations & Remodels
Renovation is harder than new construction, because you're building around something that already exists and doesn't always match its drawings. We survey and photograph everything before the first wall opens, so what we find inside becomes a documented change with a number attached — not a conversation at the end of the job about why the bill grew.

Additions & Extensions
An addition done well doesn't read as an addition. That means matching the roofline, the wall finishes and the details of the existing house closely enough that a visitor can't tell where the old building stops — and tying the new structure back into the old one properly, so it behaves as one building in a storm rather than two.

We build concrete pools — excavated, steel-reinforced and formed on site, not dropped in as a shell. That's the right way to build here, because a concrete pool can be shaped to the site rather than the site being reshaped for it, and because it will still be there in thirty years.

Property Management
A house that sits empty for eight months a year needs someone looking after it. Salt, damp, storms and vegetation don't take the off-season off, and the difference between a small repair and a large one is usually just how long it went unnoticed. We manage properties for owners who aren't here, on a fixed monthly fee with any work billed separately.

Roofing, Docks & Specialty Trades
Not everything fits neatly into a category. We do full roof tear-off and replacement, including standing seam metal systems specified for hurricane exposure. We build private docks and waterfront structures designed for the site's exposure and water depth. And we self-perform tile and stone, countertop fabrication and finishing, cabinetry installation and mechanical work — trades most contractors hand to someone else.

What we don't take on
We'd rather tell you now than three weeks in. We don't do architectural design or engineering — we work from your architect's drawings, and we'll recommend people if you don't have one yet. We don't take on work outside The Bahamas. And we'll turn down a job if the timeline isn't realistic or if we're already carrying more than we can supervise properly, because taking it anyway is how a contractor ends up doing bad work on two sites instead of good work on one.
